Scaling Up Community Energy 2025

A collaborative event to help build capacity in the community energy sector across London, East and Southeast England.
Facilitated by the Community Energy Pathways team with Community Energy London, the event will feature UK Power Networks (UKPN), the Greater South East Net Zero Hub and other leading players in the sector.
Find out how UKPN’s capacity building “Leaving No One Behind” project is progressing, hear the local success stories from the Hub’s Community Energy Fund (CEF) and learn about the latest renewable technologies.
Join us if you are:
- Working on CEF projects or want to apply for future funding rounds.
- Delivering energy advice programmes or want to start your own programme.
The sessions will encompass:
- Writing a successful funding bid.
- Recruiting and training energy champions.
- Engaging with local authorities.
- Scaling-up local energy projects.
- Demonstrating the latest technologies: local electricity networks, battery storage, wind power, flexibility markets & heat networks.
